Training and experience

About 20 years ago, a friend and I started exchanging massages for our own health and well-being, studying techniques and practicing on each other.  What started as a hobby has become a line of work I truly enjoy.  I have studied various massage techniques through textbooks and videos on the subject.  While I have not received training at a massage school, I continue to study and improve my skills.  I am not a certified massage therapist.  People who come to me for massage realize that talent, intuition, and empathy contribute to my expertise in massage.  I think my appreciation of the art of massage, and my enjoyment of the work, speak through my hands to give an excellent massage experience.
